Parking
Each annual moorage member receives a complimentary parking permit at the marina in Lot C; as well as one trailer storage tag at the off-site designated Old Town Bay marina parking area.
- Complimentary parking will be provided at the off-site parking lot for additional guests. Shuttle service available Thursday – Monday 8AM – 5PM.
- Parking passes can be purchased at the marina: $25/day.
- Limited complimentary street parking is available until 10PM. Overnight tow zone.
Moorage Member Service Rates
- Shop Labour Rate: $140/ hour plus fuel and taxes. Minimum, one hour.
- Service Call Rate: $140/ hour plus fuel and taxes. Minimum, one hour.
- Pressure Wash: $75/wash
- Septic Pump Out: $85/houseboat; $75/ cabin cruiser
- Propane Charges: 20lb tanks/ $40; 40 lbs tanks / $60

Launch & Retrieval Rates
- Small Vessel: $600 (12 ft. beam x 40 ft)
- Mid-size Vessel: $800 (up to 6o ft)
- Large Vessel: $1,000 ( over 60 ft)
