Dock A: 24′ or 26′ Slips
Moorage Members: $15.00/ft per month.
Water and 110 power included. Moorage members are guaranteed their slip.
Dock C: 40′ Slips
Moorage Members: $15.00 per ft. / month
Water, boat garbage disposal and 30 amp or 50 amp power service: $800/year. Moorage Members are guaranteed their slip.
Daily Rate: $100, minimum 5-day stay.

Houseboats
Moorage Members: $1.13 per sq.ft. / month.
Water, boat garbage disposal and 30 amp or 50 amp power service: $800/year.
This rate is for dry land or water. Moving boat to dry land would incur an additional launch/retrieval fee.
Dock D: 30 ft slips
Moorage Members: $15 per ft. / month.
Water, household garbage disposal and 30 amp power service: $400/year. Moorage members are guaranteed their slip.

- Seasonal rate $24 per ft.

Parking
Each Moorage Member receives a complimentary parking permit at the marina in Lot C. You will need to purchase a $200 storage tag to park your trailer at the off-site designated Old Town Bay marina parking area.
- Parking will be provided at the off-site parking lot for $20/day for guests. Shuttle service available Thursday – Tuesday 8AM – 4PM.
- Parking passes can be purchased at the marina.
- Limited complimentary street parking is available until 10PM. Overnight tow zone.
Moorage Member Service Rates
- Shop Labour Rate: $140/ hour plus fuel and taxes. Minimum, one hour.
- Service Call Rate: $140/ hour plus fuel and taxes. Minimum, one hour.
- Pressure Wash: $75/wash
- Septic Pump Out: $85/houseboat; $75/ cabin cruiser
- Propane Charges: 20lb tanks/ $40; 40 lbs tanks / $60
- All prices are plus applicable taxes. All rates subject to change.
Launch & Retrieval Rates
- Small to Mid-sized Vessels: $800 (up to 60 ft)
- Large Vessel: $1,200 ( over 60 ft)
